Our 45th reunion is July 24 2010.

The 30-year reunion of the Kenton High School Class of 1979 will be held at Henry’s Restaurant in Kenton on Saturday, October 3rd at 5pm with dinner and 70′s music! The cost is $20 per person for dinner and appetizers (there will be a cash bar). Other events planned include the homecoming activities with the HS on Thurs.Oct.1st and Fri.Oct.2nd.

The Class of 1979 would also like to extend the invitation for dinner and reminiscing to the class of 78 and 80 – we would love to see you!

As our lives are filled with family and work, this is a great way to connect with friends from our past. We spent many years together and we have experienced a lot of life’s first’s together. Don’t let this chance to reconnect with those friends pass you by. Who knows what the next five years hold in store for any of us.

The following are the details as of right now. The Kenton High School 1994 Class Reunion will be at the Concert on the Green at the Veteran’s Memorial Park Golf Course (Kenton, Ohio) on Saturday, August 8, 2009.

We will have a tent reserved specifically for our class. The doors officially will open at 4:30 p.m., but we may be able to arrive at 4:00 p.m. (again, further details to follow). The event will feature the Danger Brothers (live entertainment) and food, snacks, and beverages will be available from local vendors. No carry-in food or beverages are permitted.

The cost is estimated to be $12.00 per graduate and $5.00 for each guest. Children under the age of 12 are free. There will be activities provided for children. With our limited budget, we thought this would be a good and entertaining event, with the cost being comparable to the past two class reunions.

Reminder!!! Class of 1989 20th year class reunion will be held on Saturday June 27th. A golf scramble will be held that morning with a carpool leaving KHS parking lot at 6:45 a.m. Bowling will be available at Hillcrest Lanes from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. A playground ice cream social time will take place from 1:00-2:30 at the Moose Family Center shelterhouse. The class of 1969 will hold their reunion August 14th and 15th. Friday the 14th we will have a golf outing starting at 1:30 with snacks for everyone in the club house following. The KHS class of 1989 20th class reunion committee cordially invite all class members of 1989 and spouses to our reunion on Saturday June 27, 2009 at the Kenton Elks Lodge. A golf outing, family bowling, and family ice cream party will also take place during the weekend
